►Training of 174 actors from 04 civil society organizations for the implementation of the CLM

►Survey of 1,059 PLHIV and key populations to prioritize their needs to be monitored as part of the CLM.

►Conduct of a survey of 2,678 PLHIV and key populations as well as health establishments to analyze the barriers to access to the supply and quality of HIV services.

►Advocacy based on the evidence that led to the taking of a ministerial circular note in the DRC for the lifting of user fees for services imposed on PLHIV.
